The after hours drop off ordeal should be mentioned when picking up the car. Having to go on a mission to drop off the car was stressful when trying to get to the airport on time. And getting a surprise $35 charge was pretty shitty. Not a great way to end an otherwise great experience.

Took 50 minutes to pick us up from LAX terminal. Had to return off-site and pay an extra fee that we didn't know about.
It was very convenient to submit my insurance information prior to the trip so that my time at the rental counter was very quick. The car was clean, the rate was competitive, and everyone I encountered at the business, via email, phone, and at the counter, was friendly and professional. I will definitely rent from Black and White again.
