Staff was great to work with. They were able to get me back to LAX in an on-time manner which I appreciated. I will probably rent from Black & White Rent A Car again in the future :)

Amazing experience. My only suggestion is to maybe provide a guidebooks of sign and rules as being out of the country makes it hard to understand certain rules and regulations. I received two tickets not truly understanding LA traffic laws.

it took about 30 minutes to be picked up at the airport. I didn't wait in line so that was a nice trade off, still pickup should be faster
