I booked an SUV with Black and White. Jhoie was great as was our experience with the company. We talked a little about what I needed and she upgraded me to a Porsche Cayenne. Wow!. Unfortunately for me, I had miscalculated the space I would need and my bags and family did not fit in the car... Jhoie made several attempts to find me a larger vehicle but was unsuccessful. She did however cancel my reservation at no charge to me. Thanks Jhoie. Would definitely consider B&W next time in SF.
Everyone was fantastic. German was at the LAX location from Hollywood and was amazing and friendly. We had never heard of B&W, but our expectations were exceeded. Perfect!!! We will use B&W whenever we are in So. Cal.
I think you covered all bases, from start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. I forgot the name of the young lady at the counter when I brought the vehicle back.
