Got the car I rented on time, rate was resealable for LA and the wait to get picked up at the airport was on time.

Staff was helpful and courteous. I very much appreciated their reminder call on the last day of my rental. Also got a great deal on my rental . Overall my experience with Black and White was 5/5. Very satisfied!

My rental agent was very slow. Could have used a little more sense of urgency. Also, it is a bummer they are not open longer hours. I understand the hours are posted, but it can make travel plans more difficult. The hours are my biggest issue. Otherwise, the car was amazing!!
