My only suggestion for improvement is already having a driver/shuttle at the airport. Or have the instructions that you have to call for a driver more prominently displayed on the confirmation email in order to plan accordingly and not have to wait at the airport an additional 30 min.

There was a little confusion with the staff at both ends of the process but it all worked out for me in the end. They didn't seem to expect the pickup or the dropoff. The car I reserved (the cheapest thing they had) wasn't available so I got an upgrade to a better car that was nice for what I needed.

I very much enjoyed using Black & White for a recent vacation. We received the car that was quoted for the price that was quoted and it was excellent to avoid the busyness that are larger rental companies. Very personable and knowledgeable. Will use again!

Coming from Texas I was not familiar with Black & White Car Rental. I’m very happy I found them to rent a car while visiting California. Great car, great staff and incredible service. I strongly recommend them if your looking to rent a car.

Customer should know 2 import things: 1. picked up by regular car and 2. leave belongs in the car when return because same rental car will drop customer to airport Great rental car, competitive rates. Love the idea using same car to drive/dropoff customers at airport. Very quick return. Location is not bad compare to other big/brand rental cars. Please let customers know 2 above things. Highly recommended! A+
