There was a little confusion with the staff at both ends of the process but it all worked out for me in the end. They didn't seem to expect the pickup or the dropoff.
The car I reserved (the cheapest thing they had) wasn't available so I got an upgrade to a better car that was nice for what I needed.
10/10 will rent again!
I very much enjoyed using Black & White for a recent vacation. We received the car that was quoted for the price that was quoted and it was excellent to avoid the busyness that are larger rental companies. Very personable and knowledgeable. Will use again!
Coming from Texas I was not familiar with Black & White Car Rental. I’m very happy I found them to rent a car while visiting California. Great car, great staff and incredible service. I strongly recommend them if your looking to rent a car.

Customer should know 2 import things: 1. picked up by regular car and 2. leave belongs in the car when return because same rental car will drop customer to airport

This is my second time renting from Black and White and I have been overall satisfied. I think on my last trip the customer service was less than what I would expect from a car rental company (I.e. I stood waiting to even get acknowledged by the front desk for 20 minutes, not exaggerating). The hours made it challenging to work around on my business trip (the hours for the business are incongruent with my travel so I have to pray I don’t get delayed on one of my flights).
