This is my second time renting from Black and White and I have been overall satisfied. I think on my last trip the customer service was less than what I would expect from a car rental company (I.e. I stood waiting to even get acknowledged by the front desk for 20 minutes, not exaggerating). The hours made it challenging to work around on my business trip (the hours for the business are incongruent with my travel so I have to pray I don’t get delayed on one of my flights). Overall I had a great experience, however a few things could have been better namely the time it took my agent to realize the car he’d assigned me was not available before he issued me a new vehicle. I waited approx 25 minutes after signing the contract before a different vehicle was issued to me. That’s a long time to sit waiting without any clue as to what was taking so long.
