The car drove terribly and the company isn’t 24/7 hours. Not convenient for world travelers.

Exceeded expectations
Overall I had a great experience, however a few things could have been better namely the time it took my agent to realize the car he’d assigned me was not available before he issued me a new vehicle. I waited approx 25 minutes after signing the contract before a different vehicle was issued to me. That’s a long time to sit waiting without any clue as to what was taking so long.
I enjoyed having personal car service to and from the airport/rental location.
Pickup was kind of slow, but that may have been due to an issue closing down access to the airport for a while that morning.
The only unexpected difference was that the mileage was limited when I checked out the car. When I originally made the reservation, I was told it would be unlimited miles. Thankfully I was staying local, but if I was leaving town, it would have been a big inconvenience.
