Had a great experience! Read some bad reviews, but I think those people just didn’t read or understand normal car rental stuff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
Very pleasant.
My only suggestion for improvement is already having a driver/shuttle at the airport. Or have the instructions that you have to call for a driver more prominently displayed on the confirmation email in order to plan accordingly and not have to wait at the airport an additional 30 min.
