The prices on the Black and White website were higher than the outside ones (hotwire/priceline) so I booked through the outside one. I usually try to book through the rental agency directly so they get more of the profit instead of the middleman taking a cut, but the price would have been significantly higher if I did that. I was very satisfied with our experience and will use Black and White again! Thanks!
It took a long time to get the car. I’m not sure why but it took an extra hour out of our day and I only had a few hours to sightsee as it was my first time in LA. Other than that it was great and I would rent from you again.

Very friendly and efficient. I provided proof of insurance a day in advance, including CDW from my credit card benefits page. There was no hassle or pressure for purchasing additional insurance. I also made a mistake on my days needed for rental. Thankfully they had availability, but there was no price gouging or leveraging the situation.
