Super car rental experience!
Service and vehicle were excellent! I appreciated the direct pickup instead of waiting for a shuttle. My only complaint is the early closing hours on Sunday. I'd imagine many travelers are departing on a Sunday evening, and the 5:30 pm cut-off for a return and transport to LAX is just too early. They do have off-site late returns that's accessible for an additional fee, plus you're responsible for getting yourself to the airport from there.

Black and white rent a car was very professional and I was charged the exact quote I was given when making the reservation with no hidden fees. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to rent from them

Très bon service et communication facile avec le personnel. Nous avions fait la réservation d'une Corolla et on nous a offert une Camry, très belle surprise. Le personnel était très gentil, ils ont répondu à nos questions de façon efficace et rapide. Le service de navette a été très apprécié. Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe!
