Black & White Rent A Car Renter Rated Reviews - Page 29

I have rented here three times now. Each time it has been exceptional. My only complaint from this time is that when I call in to get a quote I was given a price that’s $15 more expensive that my previous times. After I ask I was offered a new price that’s still $10 more expensive. In the end I had to book online myself to get the rate I had.

I've never been so pleased with a car rental company as I was with Black & White Car rental. Usually it's dealing with the best of the worst, but B&W was incredible. So easy to get picked up, fast service, friendly and no pressure team and check-in process. Simple to make adjustments to when I brought the car back in and the car was incredibly clean. Thank you - will definitely use you again for my future trips to LA.

I placed my order on Kayak. Was pleasantly surprised that the rate was so affordable consider that I got a lux car. Everything went smoothly. Very happy with my experience there and will definitely go back again in the future

This was my first time renting a car so I was a little scare of all the details of renting a car but actually from the begging of booking the car to the returning of the car was easy and simple not complicated at all. I can actually said I f I need to rent a car again I would come back to rent a car at black and white rent a car.

Prefer to Enterprise, willing to pay more. Appreciate 24 hour drop-off, leaving with a full tank of gas, and insurance check which taught me that I'm fully covered and should never pay for more.
