We had never heard of the Black & White Rent a Car and didn't know what to expect. However, it was the BEST experience we have ever had in renting a vehicle and we have traveled the world with the military. I would HIGHLY recommend B&W!

I was stuck in traffic on the way to the LAX location, so I would just barely make the 2:30 PM return. Instead of letting me potentially return it a few minutes late, I was instructed to take it to the closer Beverly Hills location to avoid penalties. This added on like an extra hour of travel time and an extra $90 Uber ride to the airport). Turns out the penalty would have only been $25 had I been late... on a $750/day rental! Wished the rep put themselves in my shoes first.

This is the second time that I have rented a car from Black and White Rent A Car, and I will rent from them again! The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. The car was perfect for us.... new, mid-size, easy to drive and great gas mileage! We will rent from them again!

I was a little concerned about using this agency since I had never heard of them before, but my worries were needless. Black & White was fantastic! Great car, great customer service, and great prices! I will use them the next time I am in Los Angeles, that's for sure!

Several weeks before my trip, I was asked for insurance information so it could be verified.Upon not hearing from anyone again and getting my confirmation email and reminder email, I assumed everything was taken care of. Upon arrival, we were told the insurance hadn't been verified and they would need to do that before we could take the car, we waited almost an hour, only to leave without our insurance being verified anyways. This should have been done prior to our arrival.
