We had never heard of the Black & White Rent a Car and didn't know what to expect. However, it was the BEST experience we have ever had in renting a vehicle and we have traveled the world with the military. I would HIGHLY recommend B&W!

I was stuck in traffic on the way to the LAX location, so I would just barely make the 2:30 PM return. Instead of letting me potentially return it a few minutes late, I was instructed to take it to the closer Beverly Hills location to avoid penalties. This added on like an extra hour of travel time and an extra $90 Uber ride to the airport). Turns out the penalty would have only been $25 had I been late... on a $750/day rental! Wished the rep put themselves in my shoes first.

This is the second time that I have rented a car from Black and White Rent A Car, and I will rent from them again! The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. The car was perfect for us.... new, mid-size, easy to drive and great gas mileage! We will rent from them again!
