I don't know if it was the make (Chevy Spark), or the particular car I rented--but it drove rough! Seemed like it might need maintenance.

Renting with this agency was great. They didn't try to sneak in an upgrade or offer me insurance that I didn't need. They were extremely professional, helpful and easy to understand. Much better than other agencies I've worked with. The car I got (Chevy Spark) was the absolute cheapest configuration though with manual locks and mirrors. The configuration they gave me was somewhat inconvenient since it didn't have automatic anything, but B&W was significantly cheaper than their competitors.

I was very pleased with B&W Rental Service. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the facility was well kept, the car was perfect, and the prices were great! I would highly recommend B&W to friends and family.

great experience once the car was rented. we did not realize we had to call and request a pickup, this was the only hangup for us, but also the reason we couldn't recommend to friends and family.

I requested/paid for a compact car and received an economy with almost zero features. Because I was in a rush, I didn't make a stink about it. In the future I would definitely rent with Black and White again, but would request a different vehicle.
