The team has been great in locating my Garmin I left in the vehicle... My fault! I haven't received it yet but I believe it is on the way.

Once we arrived at the rental office with no other customers present, we had to wait 45 minutes for them to verify my insurance which I had previously submitted when I prepaid the car. Why was that not done ahead of time. I was then informed at that time that it would be $35.00 to drop off the car in the morning prior to their office hours. Why isn't this disclosed at time of purchase. It does say a FEE is required but $35.00 wow, I would have gone with Hotwire or car rentals BAD BUSINESS!

I was a little nervous renting from Black and White Car Rental because I hadn't heard of them before. I can tell you I will be renting from them every time I come to LA. I even recommended them to a number of people on the airplane ride home.

It took about 45 minutes to arrive at the rental office after calling for their shuttle. Most of this time was waiting for their shuttle to arrive at the pick-up location. Their quoted pickup time was 10 minutes.

I dropped off at another location because it was prior to business hours. I would have liked some invoice or stub that shows the other place took possession of the rental vehicle.

I had a hard time from the get-go because I did not have proof of liability insurance. They had to call Progressive, but should have known such insurance is required of all drivers in MA. Also, they advertise as 24/7 but no where on the website or in my confirmation email did it note that I would incur a $35 (or any amount) fee for after hour service. This is a HUGE deterrent for an out of state traveling renter. I have never heard of such a thing and unknowingly was charged.
