Everything went well and I am surprised with this local LA company that provides excellent service and low rates for their top of the line rental cars; there is a lot of choices available. Although we had a minor correction that need to be done on billing; Kevin a staff was there ready to assist and made sure everything was correctly billed to what was expected. I highly recommend this company when in LA and will surely avail of their services again. Thanks

It took over an hour to get our car. Took a bus to Lot C at LAX, took the driver awhile to get us, then it took 30 min to actually get the car. They said they had to wash it, yet we had called over an hour earlier. The defrost did NOT work, so we had to drive with the windows open.

The staff was very helpful and nice. They took us back to the airport in a timely manner and the gentleman ( Able) was amazing. We would definitely rent from this company again.

Really great experience. While getting to the car rental location from the airport was a bit longer, I liked renting from a smaller company and felt we got superior service. The ride from the rental location back to the airport was a great service as well. Thank you! Tiffany

The car was great, the pick up situation and young man were great. I was not at all happy with the young man behind the desk. He should be a bouncer, not in customer service.
