The young lady who assisted me was so nice, efficient and helpful. The price was great as well as the service. Also, both of the guys who did pick up and drop off were very courteous and patient. Bravo to everyone and THANK YOU!

After waiting about 20 minutes to be picked up after being told it would be about 5, I finally was picked up and taken to the rental facility. After giving them my drivers license and card, I was informed that because my car did not have physical numbers on it I would not be allowed to rent a vehicle with this company. I was given a ride back to the location where I was picked up but no other help was given whatsoever. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service, transit time from/to airport, and car quality. Best value I found by far. Everything was as smooth and easy as possible. When I was running late, the staff went above and beyond to help me get to the airport on time. I am warmly recommending Black and White to friends and plan to go with them again!
