Very good rental experience overall. The only downsides were (1) the inconvenience of taking an LAX shuttle to a “remote rental location” (aka a parking lot a mile from the airport) and having to wait 10 minutes in the heat for a second shuttle to the rental agency and (2) surprises with the price, one being a safety deposit put on my credit card that was more than twice the whole cost of the 3-day rental and another being having to pay extra to return the car at 5:00 pm on a holiday Monda

the metro shuttle that we were asked to take took 20 minutes to finally arrived and when it did it was so filled we couldn't even fit in, waited another 20 minutes to have it happened again then had to call and get a ride from you guys. its a little annoying after a long day of travel to have to deal with all that
