It's an off-airport location, so slightly inconvenient (takes more time/effort to get there). But the service and hard-product were both excellent. I felt at ease and taken care of. Thank you.

I have never been treated so respectfully at a car rental agency. The shuttle driver was kind. The agent was friendly. It was great to be treated like a valued customer rather than just a number. Everything was ready as I expected and there was no pressure to upgrade.

I booked a reservation for 3 weeks. The day before pick up I was told that they couldn't honor the rate I had booked. At all. I had to change plans and rental companies at the very last minute. Very poor experience.
This company is managed well and very professional.The car I rented was brand new! Thank you black and white definitely will rent again.
