They went above and beyond. When we dropped the car off their drivers were at lunch, so they got an Uber to take us to the airport right away.

My experience overall was excellent. The shuttle situation leaving LAX for the remote lot could improved. I waited over 30 minutes to get on the Metro Connector bus. The return situation could be better as well. The limited hours of operation can pose a problem with the return of the vehicle. Everything about thee car itself was great. The car was clean and was in great shape.

The biggest thing was the online price matched when I showed up. There was no extra fees or taxes tacked on like a lot of rental companies will do at airports. And on top of that they are extremely accommodating because I was running late to make the last shuttle and they stayed up in a little bit longer until I get there and then get me an Uber to the airport. So I will be renting from this company when I come back out there again. And I will suggest a time my friends and my family.
