My experience with black-and-white was excellent! The staff was friendly, prompt and provided great customer service.
Only issue, car smelled like stale cigarettes (despite this being a No Smoking in All Cars agency). when we informed the office they were unable to issue a replacement vehicle and gave us masking odor, which was not an ideal solution.
