Office was very clean and inviting. It was peaceful and uncrowded, so unlike the bigger agencies and all of their chaos. Loved the free coffee, bottled water, and fruits. Reggie, who shuttled us back, was friendly and personable. You could tell he loved his job.

Only issue, car smelled like stale cigarettes (despite this being a No Smoking in All Cars agency). when we informed the office they were unable to issue a replacement vehicle and gave us masking odor, which was not an ideal solution.
