The car was as ordered. The Garmin Navigation saved my life since I have no idea how to get around LA! Just plug in an address and off you go. I wondered whether the guy we rent from could go over a few of the car basics, though. No one offered, just handed me the keys. Each car is so different so good to have someone show you for a few minutes. Same with navigation. I would definitely rent from Black and White next time I come to LA.
I think Black and White is my new California car rental company. They have everything from a Chevy sonic to a Ferrari supercar. I only rented a Carolla but they treated me like I rented a Lambo. Great people

Very friendly staff. Had to wait a bit in the morning as the staff was on a coffee break. But car was amazing, price was amazing and everything was extremely smooth .
