Not at all. They were very unhelpful and the price completely changed the guy in the front counter was very rude. Demanding that I have to get this and that I ended up getting the same rental from somewhere else spending 200. He tri d to charge me 650$ and I had to drop it off b4 8:00 or pay for another full day. If I rented from them I would of had to miss my flight. Very rude and demanding

The car was in poor condition to the point I only drove it less than 6 miles. I did not trust its reliability at all. This, I just drove it to the hotel and parked it.

My plane arrived late into LAX and B&W had not made it clear that they closed at 8:00 pm. I arrived at the cell waiting lot in the dark, called before 8 but did not get an answer on the 800 or local line. So I was stranded in a dark deserted lot. Fortunately a passerby told me how to get back to the airport and take the Flyaway bus but that was a big hassle and of course I had no car for my trip to LA. B&W should be crystal clear up front that they close BEFORE 8:00. They did not charge me.

Having to book a car rental last minute, my affordable options were not many. Black & White was one of the few. Not having heard about them before, I was a bit unsure of what my experience would be. However, the car was new and clean. Th service quick and corteous. I would definitely rent from them again.

Make sure you know the return time exactly so you're not charged an extra day returning the vehicle. It didn't happen to me, but it was close!

This is my rental company in LA always so I don't need to be convinced as long as you treat me as I always been. A specially thanks to the always exceptional helpful, serviceminded and always nice Amber Rolefson at the LAX office (and off course all the other people there. They all deserve all the tribute and hope you champion them for being the best :)
