It took nearly an hour to get picked up from the time they said they would be there. We wound up calling them 3 times, each time talking to a different person and being told a different story. Once they finally got us and we were in the car everything was fine, but what a tremendous pain to even get to that point.

This was the best car rental experience I've ever had!!! Got picked up, it was affordable and nice car, and got taken back to the airport!! Total would rent and recommend with Black and White Rent A Car again!! Thank you :)
