I was frankly surprised at this experience. The rate was excellent, the staff were very nice and helpful, the instructions for getting to the agency were clear and accurate, and the car was beautiful. Overall, this was an excellent experience, one that greatly exceeds (by a LOT) my experiences at ALL of the other rental agencies I've used.
I was happy to rent from this company again. I also was happy to get the same Camry to travel through San Francisco and Marin to watch my friends play in a women's basketball tournament in San Rafael. The car handled well through all the curves and had good acceleration going up the long climb to the Golden Gate Bridge. The more I drive this car, the more I appreciate its safety features. Thank you again for a good rental car experience.

I waited for about 20 minutes for the pick up but then someone just drove my friend and I to the airport in the car we’d rented, it was so amazing and I enjoyed talking to him.
