At first I was a little overwhelmed with the number of steps involved with picking up my vehicle, but the email communication was excellent and cleared up any questions I had. The return parking spaces was VERY LIMITED. Despite any reservations I had, I would rent again.
Easy but the car was not great to drive because it had very little power. I will make sure to rent a larger vehicle next time.

The experience was good overall. Very seamless pickup and return process. But the vehicle was not in very good shape. The rear windshield wow was missing, there was ovoid body damage to the front end, the drivers window wouldn't go back up, the tire kept going low, and the key battery was low the entire time.
the only thing I felt uncomfortable since I was a first-time customer is that there is no one to speak to on the phone to clarify all. However, emails were returned in a timely manner.... Your company has such bad reviews...some people said it is a scam.... others said do not ever rent from them...and that is just an example never have I seen such horrible reviews....I have been a Gold Hertz member and a Premium Avis member for years...so will see in the future.

I loved the convenience of carzi. I'll have to admit I was worried as some reviews were negative. This was the easiest most affordable car rental company I've ever experienced.
I will definitely do this again, no waiting, car was great, and had absolutely great customer service.
I haven't received the final statement yet, but, gave it the best rating. I believe carzi will honor their pricing.
