As I was sitting in airport before flight they sent an email wanting a picture of my car insurance. Should have sent that email before trip. Lucky that my wife was able to run out to car and send me a picture. Next I picked up car and noticed I had a flat tire. Text support told me the psi fluctuate in the rapid changing temp in Phoenix. I was very worried from previous bad reviews. Simplifying car rental is a developing concept. Little overhead saves money, but it sacrifices full service, and results in mileage limits and high cost for having to refuel a car. My rental was great. I got on the bus from the airport and was driving 15 minutes later. Car was excellent for the 4 days I had it, and drop off was easy. If you can following instructions, and don't expect to drive over 300 miles with the rental car, then rent with Carsi.
