I had a great experience with this car rental. The price was more affordable than other car rental places. The no-contact pickup was easy and the car was very nice to drive. The email information was easy to follow. I will definitely use Carzi again.

Car received had tape holding windshield on - There was a piece of windshield glass on passenger seat and passenger side electrical cover under dashboard fell off

There is NO car available when I arrived the airport. And the staff did not know how long I need to wait. I ended up being stranded at the airport. The worst experience.
