The contactless pickup was a new experience but it turned out to actually feel easier than a traditional car rental - no standing around in line with your luggage to fill out paperwork. It was an easy process, but you do have to submit your info + deposit beforehand and I wasn’t aware of this until the morning of my flight. I would plan to receive the email with the link to fill that out within 24 hours or so of pickup. Then it’s one less thing to deal with once you arrive at your destinatio
Poor communication resulted in wasted time. The clarification about a separate shuttle wasn't made in time.
I did not rent the car after all I lost my money cause they would not return it and I received threatening text that they are going to slander my name with other business in the area. I mean who does that what kind of business does this carzi is a very bad business
Our car was brand new and super clean. The process of picking up and dropping off our was seamless. I would highly recommend.
