Very easy pickup and drop off. Shuttle was prompt.
The statement on mileage is unclear. On mileage it says "free" . However in the same column it says "200" this ws unclear that would be charged for mieage over 200.

All directions were clear for pick up and drop off, and the response was quick when I had questions about extending my contract. A very positive experience!

I will never use Carzi again. I was stranded in the airport with an infant with no contact. The only time i got a response was when i requested to cancel and was told i would be unable to.
At first I was a little overwhelmed with the number of steps involved with picking up my vehicle, but the email communication was excellent and cleared up any questions I had. The return parking spaces was VERY LIMITED. Despite any reservations I had, I would rent again.
Easy but the car was not great to drive because it had very little power. I will make sure to rent a larger vehicle next time.
