Above all other rental places this is by far the worst expiernence didn't have car at tike unpaid extra for then had to nerve to just cancel everything because I was sitting at airport from 1 am till 7 am noone would reply pick up or call me back paid the fees depsoits. They acted as if they had no idea about anything. Refused to help told me figure out other transportation

TOTAL SCAM - no car, no one to talk to, got abused by text, demanded total refund (110 + 400 deposit) and they are STILL trying to access my account for funds. Would recommend law enforcement look into them.

I sent two emails and never got a response. There wasn't a key card in the car when I picked up the car. So because of this I had to pay $34 for parking just to get out of the Preflight parking lot.

The car smelled really bad when we picked it up. I had it for three days in Arizona and we had to drive with the windows down in the heat the whole time because it was so bad.
