This was the worst rental car experience of my life. I will never rent from this company ever again and I will warn everyone I know to not use this company. Staff only communicated via text and were extremely rude. Never again

Very prompt texting with agent. Always got back to me quickly. Very thorough and accurate instructions on drop off and pick up.
I would never rent from Carzi again!!! On my connecting flight getting ready to leave and received a text message that they cancelled my reservation in Phoenix. I had to get in touch with my wife to make me another car reservation at 9:40pm hoping that when I got to Phoenix that she was able to get another car reserved for me which she did considering my flight arrived at 11:42 pm.
Love the contactless model. Will be using Carzi again when I'm in the Phoenix area. Thank you for an affordable trip!
Easy and fast
Car tires were low on air. I took it to discount, had them filled, and was told all tires 🛞 needed to be replaced. Are you replacing them before you rent out the car again?
I never received My Rental; Nobody was at the office at the Sky Harbor $ they said that I had to pay for an extra policy for damage when I already had rental car insurance through my Progressive insurance ! I am still trying to get my money back; Terrible Rental Car Scam; in my opinion !! Sincerely; Greg Walker
Staff responded quickly, however if you are in a bind or made a mistake they are not helpful. It all comes down to the terms and agreements. Not having a customer service you can speak to is not adequate. The car also had a hop/vibration in the rear any time over 40mph which made the vehicle feel unsafe to drive. I would not choose this rental service again.
I love Carzi. Still haven't gotten one of those perks of an upgrade, but nonetheless, Carzi makes coming to Phoenix easy for me to see my ailing father. Thanks
