Carzi was a great experience! They were half the price and very easy to use. I will definitely be using Carzi from now on!
Exterior was dirty and covered with dents and peeling paint. Interior smelled bad. Gas tank wasn’t close to full. Poor communication about drop off location.
They canceled our reservation last minute and I’m struggling to get our refund back. They were impossible to communicate with and I would strongly recommend using any rental service but theirs in the future.

Good experience, I liked that it was more cost efficient than other options, yet it wasn't hard to figure out how to get to the off-site parking place and access the car. I enjoyed getting the instructions in a timely manner as things needed to happen (such as a msg the night before returning the car with the detailed return instructions).

Hidden fees, low daily mileage, and vehicle didnt interface with an iphone 14 for navigatipon. I can't recommend this company to anyone especially in the phoeniix area as they would need at least double the maximum mileage and the expereience just felt deceptive overall. Thank you.
Very awkward in submitting license and insurance. took half hour to be picked at airport because not made clear what pickup van looked like. Could NOT open lock box in car, did not have exit card in box with keys, could not close lock box on return, took half hour to find lot on return - no map. Hassles not worth lower price.
