The instructions on how to find the rental facility were horrible and left me wondering around the parking garage for an hour. The whole process was less than smooth and I would not recommend. When I picked up the car they asked me if I wanted additional coverage or just the basic. I said the basic as that was what I had chosen online to use my own insurance. They did not mention any additional charges but the price increased $120 more than originally priced. I was very displeased by this scam.

Car was dirty at pick-up; foot prints on dash, dust, sticky residue. Had to wait about 25 minutes for desk assistant. Didn't share anything about policies for gas at pick-up.
