The code method pickup is super easy. It’s much faster than going to a counter. This is the second time I’ve rented from Carzi and I’m a big fan

This was the worst most horrible experience ever. Your people are rude. You messed up my reservation and did not have a car for me at all period. Instead of somebody helping me you went ahead and canceled my reservation, leaving me on a friday to get a car.. I would like you to reimburse me the additional $400. It cost me to rent a car during an extremely busy weekend in phoenix. Your service technicians were rude and this is unacceptable.
Preflight location and service was excellent. Text is a better communication method for car location at Preflight. We needed to wait several minutes at pickup due to communication of car location via email at the parking lot. But other than that it was a good experience.

This was my first experience with Carzi and we were extremely happy with our experience and will definitely use them again. It made our whole experience with car rental better.
Initially we were encouraged about the rate of the car vs what other rental agencies were charging. However, It took about 4 hours to get the email with the code and location of vehicle, so by the time I was picked up from the shuttle and dropped off at airport parking (PHX), I had to sit around and wait for the email to show. I tried to contact someone, but all they had available was the AI automatic answers (which didn't have my specific information -- no one was available to take my call).
