I selected “company’s choice” for the vehicle type. I got a Honda CRV, which was perfectly acceptable. I will say it seemed like a fairly older vehicle and not terrible smooth, but it was functional and an excellent price!
The only reason i gave good for pick up is because i didnt get the pick up instructions. But once i got them it was so easy. If i can i will never rent any where else. Also Now i know how it works i will not have any problems next time, I was a little hesitant at first but rest assured they are a great company.
Took some time to get the info to carzi on rental day, not sure why I didn’t send info especially insurance the day I made reservation would have been better

The directions for finding the airport shuttle to the rental lot were clear and we found our rental car right away. Returning the car was equally easy and convenient. I appreciated the low price compared to big name rental companies!
Nearly 10 yr old car ran fine but seats couldn't fold down-we have owned same car and knew how they operated, but car was disappointment. Whole reason for renting a small SUV. Needed to pick up items for house, unable to do so
The car we received was extremely dirty on the inside — food between the seats, something spilled on the passenger seat. We did utilize the car wash, however it was raining and you had to vacuum the car yourself so we did not vacuum. There was no spare tire in the trunk. The customer service was very helpful and did give us a credit due to the condition of the car.
I would recommend Carzi as it was extremely convenient and easy.
We rented an SUV to buy things we need for our house. Seats wouldn’t fold down after many tries. Very disappointed. No customer service. Car was 10 yrs old, drove fine but worthless for our needs since couldn’t use stow space in back.
Email with instructions for pickup was sent very very late. Was dropped off by shuttle and there was no staff, no signs, no directions. Email finally came after waiting 20 min in a hot AZ parking garage. Car had over 120k miles, was extremely dirty, had non working wiper blades during monsoon season, and smelled like weed. Told customer service and they said they would check on partial refund. Have yet to hear back. TERRIBLE experience that I will tell everyone about.
Everything went very smoothly. I would definitely rent from Carzi again.
