My unfamiliarity with the process was my biggest issue. Attendants/security at Airport are not familiar with Carzi. The first email indicated a Rogue Sport; final email indicated a Toyota Corolla LE. Disappointing. Now I know the process, I may rent again. I would recoils I explain first.
From beginning to end, the ease of making reservations, answering questions prior to travel to pick up and drop off was done with perfect execution and professionalism! Carzi made me a fan for their simplicity. Thank you!
The car seemed like it just came from a used car lot, it was way too worn out and beat up. It was like I borrowed a friend’s beat up daily driver. Stick with Enterprise or Alamo.

I loved the fact that there was no waiting, no customer service reps to deal with, and no delay in getting my car. Everything was done in advance via email, the instructions on how to pick up the car were clear, and I had no problems at all with the rental experience. I wish renting a car was this easy everywhere!
