So easy and convenient! We weren’t sure how the “contactless pick up” was going to work, but it was smooth. There was a photo of the shuttle to get at the airport, which was prompt. The car was waiting, unlocked in the parking lot with keys and a parking key in a lock box. I would highly recommend to friends and definitely use Carzi again in the future!

Car had hole in windshield and tires that a tire store i went for air told me should be replaced.
Clear directions and easy pick up

They cancelled my reservation by the time I got to the right place to pick it up. The staff at the jankie car garage sucked first but second one was nice tried to help. I have not received my funds for the rental cancellation.
