A ripoff, downsized our car last second without a discount, didn’t say anything about charging per mile after 300 miles. Who is going to rent a car for 300 miles in the first place. Horrible experience will never rent here again
It was the worse experience ever! They canceled my booking at two hours of picking up the car with an excuse of payment method wasn't go tru , but still my card has been charged. It was so disappointed, being at airport and don't have a car on time because the rental company Carzi just canceled the reservation without reason.
My pick up instructions were sent to my spam email so I ended up in the wrong place to pick up my car. The car was not road worthy it vibrated on the road going speed limit. tire monitors came on. windshield wipers were horrible during several heavy rainstorms, I could not see very good out of the tinted back window. the vehicle felt unsafe and it had filthy car seat covers. It was an embarrassing joke! I will never use this service again.
We did not feel safe taking the vehicle out of town. My safety and life with worth more than the savings offered
The rental car's transmission was slipping, the key fob battery was basically dead and had to be overridden to start. The car had been in an accident. On the passenger side a pick and pull front door had replaced the original door and the rear door had paint runs. A cheap fix. The glove box had multiple year registrations and paperwork from 2017-present- not clean or maintained
Spent $700 for a 2 day rental on a premium luxury vehicle. I arrived and found a Mercedes’ C300 with pieces missing and broken on the rear bumper, all 4 wheels had significant curb rash, the tint was peeling off of the windows and the inside smelled like someone smoked at least a pack a day inside the vehicle. I requested a new vehicle and was told,
“Nothing is available find a new ride” they refused to call and would only text. I’m a double amputee wounded veteran from the Afghanistan
I reserved a luxury car such as a Mercedes. I was told to pick up a Toyota Camry. I message via text to let the person texting me know that I need a luxury car. They proceeded to tell me that the Camry is the only car they have and if I don’t want it then I need to get a refund. I told them that was bullshit and that they should find me a car. The person acted as if they live in an isolated world and have never heard that word. They told me that will not rent to me and that they will report me
Once the system is figured out it is very efficient. I failed to read the instructions emailed to me in detail so this first rental experience was a little difficult but after reading the emails sent to me everything proceeded very well. I never physically interacted with anyone throughout the rental period. No standing in lines.
I will use Carzi again.
I was hesitant to use this service as it was new to me. But they made the process simple and easy. Only suggestion would be the metal lock box used to access your key was too hot to the touch from sitting in the car.
Carzi cancelled my reservation 5 hours before I was supposed to pick it up via email which left me stranded in my destination. I would NEVER rent from Carzi as my reservation with credit card from a week earlier was not homered. Email said Due to high demand and travel in the Phoenix area we are unable to keep your reservation. My reservation meant nothing, be warned!
Rental cancelled day of pick up. Won't try this again.
