The shuttle service to and from the airport is great. The vehicle could've been a bit updated. I had a hard time finding the spot to wait for the shuttle. I called the customer service and the lady had an attitude,was not polite at all and rushed me off the phone.
The overall experience was good and the no contact rental pick up and drop off was easy and convenient but the car itself was not very clean. Lots of stains in the seats and marks on the car.
I will defiantly use this company again and refer this company to everyone!! I had great experience.
I have not received a receipt. There is no human to get in touch with. The car shimmied when you were on the highway. Definitely not rent there again.
We got In late and sis contactless pickup which was awesome but the car they assigned had the from left bumper damage and hanging there. It didn’t matter all that much but it worried me the entire time. With the 400 mile limit we just drove to our hotel and parked it until we drove back so that wasn’t great but for what I needed it worked well. The low mileage is probably the only reason I would not use carzi again. Which is too bad because everything else went really well.

I rented from Carzi for the first time. I was hestitznt because I never heard of them. However, it worked out great as the other rental car places were much more expensive.
my reservation was cancelled the day of my arrival. no one bothered to return my call or my request to speak to a manager. this is the worst rental company i have ever dealt with. REFUND MY MONEY ASAP!!!
A car comparable to what we ordered was available. Emails were clear, and the shuttle service was prompt. It was a little hard to follow the instructions and go to a random parking place, and the request to wash the car on the way back was a little odd.
the car shook the entire time driving it. felt as if it was on its last leg. would've expected something that drive better considering it is a rental car.
