Having limited experience with renting a car, I was not sure what to expect. However, being able to walk into the location and have the care ready to take off with sure helped. Many of my colleagues on the same trip were stuck waiting in line while we were able to walk up and take the car and go. All around a very smooth renting experience.

The only staff that we encountered were the shuttle drivers and the gate operators - they were friendly and courteous.

Breaks on the car needs adjustment. They were not sharp. More like running stop.

The check in and check out procedures are awesome with the lock box in the car. My only issue with the car is it was not in great shape. It had 125k miles, the suspension was kind of shot, there was a loud rattle coming from somewhere in the back seat. All the seats were covered which is not that big of a deal... but just goes to show it had seen better days. I know there's a shortage of cars and the price was significantly better than the competition. So, I'd rate Carzi as 4/5.
