I would never rent from this company again. The directions were not clear They rent what seems to be personal vehicles; directional was out and the charging port did not work. They also weren't clear about the mileage restriction and charge $0.75 per mile! In the end it cost more to rent from this company than a repertable rental company. Terrible experience

We have rented from other agencies in Phoenix and do not like the car rental location and the fact that there are always long lines and unhappy people. This was our first time using the Carzi rental service. Loved it! the shuttle was quick, clean, the driver courteous. Liked the fact that we just got in the vehicle and were on our way. I have already recommended your service to others.
