Customer service was extremely slow, price I was showed online was not honored, vehicle pick up and drop off were convenient, but were unable to accommodate a refund for an early cancellation due to a medical emergency. Not likely to recommend again because of this latter point.

Car smelled of cigarette smoke when picked up. Charged for driving over 300 miles. Charged for placing a blanket I brought from home and it transferred dog hair. They do not throughly clean vehicles between had to pick up large pieces of trash and throw away. Service lights came on and I was told I would have to deal with it and fix.won’t provide name of contact person or supervisor name.

The entire process was simple and painless. I was able to do all the setup before arriving to my destination. I was provided excellent pickup instructions including where to find the airport shuttle and where to find the car in the lot and exit the lot once in the car. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental!

My entire rental process was contactless so I did not engage with any staff -- which is why I did not answer the first four questions. However, the process went very smoothly. I would caution new guests not to panic when they do not receive an email with all the details on the day before you pick up your car. My email came just hours before our flight landed and I was rather anxious. Luckily, the process went smoothly from start to finish and I would recommend Carzi/PHX to friends and family.

Avoid Carzi at all costs. Renting from Carzi is like paying to rent the worst Uber car you've ever ridden in. The car was filthy and smelled like weed and cheap perfume and was in terrible condition.
