Worst car rental experience I have had in 20 years.
It’s was by far the most hassle free, convenient experience of my life. I would definitely recommend this company!

I was coming directly from home (not flying in) so no pick up vehicle. I did not receive the email indicating where my car was until 25 min after my reservation, which posed considerable challenges. I know you probably don’t know the status of any particular car that much in advance, but 1 hour buffer does not seem like enough. Also, no one replied to texts or emails asking for help, which was very frustrating. The car was fine and the rate was great. I have another reservation for today.
It was a new experience never speaking to an agent live, just through text/email. The car was not in “rental” condition, but overall the price was good and the instructions were clear and helpful. If you’re looking to save money, this was a good option.
