Super fast and easy
1) Pick up instructions were emailed way too late. They were emailed while I was in flight and therefore I could not forward them to the rest of my party on different flights until I landed. It was too late for them and therefore they needed to take alternate transportation. Send at least 24 hours before pick up.
2) Vehicle was not parked in the specified row. Spent 45 minutes looking for it and missed a meeting.

Was sceptical be other poor reviews on Google, and happily ended with a very favorable car rental experience
The car was a little dirty inside and out.
It was confusing from the beginning. The rows were not clearly marked. Instructions were not clear. We were given the wrong code for our key lock box. We couldn’t find a manager who could help us with the lock box. We couldn’t get a receipt when we passed through the last check out point. It was just a long process to finally get out.
I believe that this concept of renting is going to be somewhat disruptive. Make the initial renting experience a little more transparent so a first time renter is more comfortable
Would have liked to have known the year of the vehicle or a range of years. The vehicle was older, made a lot of rattling noise, did not have a USB port, and the headlight covers are in poor condition making the headlight lighting very poor
Never saw a human except the shuttle driver!
We were very pleased and when in Phoenix only use this company. Very easy to deal with
East to use system, no issues with contactless pick-up or drop-off. The pre-flight parking shuttle was efficient.
