No staff interaction (all contactless) so those questions should be N/A. Emailed instructions were clear, found car without any hassle. Airport shuttle was running at capacity so it took a couple to get out of the airport. After the shuttle drop off I was able to get to my car and get on my way quickly. Backup camera was misaligned and not much use.
