Rental was cancelled an hour before I landed in Phoenix and the only help line was a text line where the person promptly stopped replying after confirming they couldn’t reinstate the reservation. Full refund has been received, so thank you for that. Everything else about this process was awful.

The contactless rental went pretty well. The car, however, was awful. I didn’t expect to have a dirty car with over 100k miles for retail price. I thought I heard planes taking off or landing, but it was the road noise from the car at 30 mph.

Car had high miles on it for a rental made me kinda nervous. Coming from Colorado the setup inside wasn’t what I am use to regarding the hybrid/eco stuff. Overall everything else was great I would definitely use again and request a newer vehicle. Thank you for the rental.
