The car I rented had several large paint scratches where it was apparent it had been in two or three brushes with other cars on the front fenders. The Left headlight didn’t work and the interior of the car although clean was showing signs of wear and tear on the door arm rests. Car showed 115,00 plus miles, which is high for a rental…Overall it afforded me transportation to and from my destination, but not in the stylish way…

Carnival all online rental was new to me, but very well thought out. Good car, availability where others weren't super directions and no muss. Had issue with insurance papers that was easily and courteously ironed our. Would definitely rent with you again

Their time frame to contact someone should be as their service. If you can rent 24hrs it should be representation 24hr just in case of an issue. Especially for people who rent from out-of-town visiting. Where a person can get stranded at the airport until there office is back open.
