Contract was misleading and designed to create high likelihood that additional mileage charges would be incurred. Providing rental of a 10 year old car with 105,000 mikes on it with a limit of 100 "free" miles per day borders on useless. They hide behind a usual expectation of unlimited mileage for the industry, and CARZI rental option is even presented when "unlimited mileage" option is requested in search feature. Blatant predatory practice.

I actually had to cancel my reservation (which was made the night before) and the representative with whom I communicated was helpful and fast. I didn't think I'd be able to get a refund as most car rental companies advertise no refunds but they were very accommodating.

At one moment the car would not start and I found out that one of the battery terminals was loose and did not connect with it. I imagine if it had happened at 65mph on a freeway... It should be fixed urgently.

I love the process and the deposit back quickly. The only thing I didn't like is there is only 200 miles total I could drive for 3 days
