Thought the car and the rate was good. After submitting requested items online I had to submit the same info again, a bit redundant and waste of time.

William was extremely helpful and accommodating and he deserves much of the credit for my good experience.. The car was new, clean and a pleasure to drive but when reaching the speed limit on the toll road (100 kph) you could feel a vibration from the front wheels, aside from that the car was great. As for value for money, I have now rented from a large number of different agencies in Jamaica and the price between them is does not vary much so it is service that counts.
After renting from "big name" agencies in Montego Bay, Jamaica for several years, we decided to try Apex in February after a recommendation from a friend.
Ricardo was courteous and served us quickly. We received a complimentary upgrade to a slightly bigger car. The vehicle was in good condition and clean. Any scratches or minor dents were noted and we also took photos. We will definitely rent from Apex again as the price was much better than other agencies and service was great.

Had a battery problem partway through our trip, we replaced it and they promptly reimbursed us when we returned the car. No hassle. Great service
