Where charged additional feed that were not explained or in the contract like bank fees to use credit card had to pay for additional insurance that was covered by my credit card didn't get the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle I got was in need of service and tires

Jamaica gets bad representation when it comes to Customer service . But Apex car rental is a cut above the rest . Customer service was outstanding . they are really there to help you with any problems you may encounter. I would recommend apex to all friends a family . So if you’re looking for a car rental In Jamaica Apex is the place to go .

I originally booked a Suzuki Vitara but was given a different car upon arrival. However, I was very happy with the vehicle I received—it was clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly. Jason was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He provided excellent customer service and made the entire process easy and stress-free. My deposit was also returned promptly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely be renting from this agency again. H

The staff was friendly, and curtious but also unprofessional. I received a text from an unknown number asking for my driver license information prior to pickup. I refused. The car had less than 1/4 tank of fuel, stained interior, damaged and loose front fenders, one window didn't work. and the car vibrated at speed.
