Soneone was there to.greet me. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to pick me up. The vehicle I booked was not available and they offered vehicles that had obviously been in accidents and spray painted or had severe sun damage on the hood. I was denied upgrade into something suitable. I asked for referral to another company. I was denied. I asked to be returned to the airport. Realizing I would struggle with 4 bags alone. I asked to drop them off on the way. I was abandoned with attitude!
