Staff were very kind and efficient. Price was good. Car had low battery from the beginning and a few marker lights were on. However they did not seem important. After one week battery died and car stopped functioning in the middle of a road. We had to call and 3 hours later we had a car replacement (despite it was a Sunday).
In general cars could be in better shape to prevent failures, however the service and price are great. I would definitely rent here again.

Where charged additional feed that were not explained or in the contract like bank fees to use credit card had to pay for additional insurance that was covered by my credit card didn't get the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle I got was in need of service and tires
Jamaica gets bad representation when it comes to Customer service . But Apex car rental is a cut above the rest . Customer service was outstanding . they are really there to help you with any problems you may encounter. I would recommend apex to all friends a family .
