Apex car rental is very reliable and communicated with me very well.
If you hate debt, and use debit cards and cash, not credit cards, your deposit refund may take a while. If you like debt, and use credit cards, they will love you.
Great staff!!
After pick up at the airport the process to get the car was fast when compared to other places I’ve traveled. The staff was helpful especially as they allowed us to use a parking spot while we ate at the resteraunt nearby.

Our dealing with Apex Car Rentals in Montego Bay could not have been worse... After pre-booking our reservation, I tried to contact them via phone AND email to let them know I would pick up at their location (and didn't need an airport shuttle). I didn't receive a call back until 2 days prior to our rental. So, I confirmed a pick-up time and thought all was good. We took a taxi to their location (Christmas Day), and the place was locked, and we could not get through to anyone on the phone. One l
