I originally booked a Suzuki Vitara but was given a different car upon arrival. However, I was very happy with the vehicle I received—it was clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly. Jason was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He provided excellent customer service and made the entire process easy and stress-free. My deposit was also returned promptly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely be renting from this agency again. H

The staff was friendly, and curtious but also unprofessional. I received a text from an unknown number asking for my driver license information prior to pickup. I refused. The car had less than 1/4 tank of fuel, stained interior, damaged and loose front fenders, one window didn't work. and the car vibrated at speed.

The service provided by William and his team at Apex Car rental was exceptional. The contact prior to us collecting the hire car reduced the time needed to complete the paperwork. We received a warm welcome at the airport and William went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect whilst maintaining a sense of professionalism. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex Car rental and they will be my first choice for any future car rental when travelling to Jamaica.

I think a bigger sign on the gate would help me find it and easier access to the office via the obstructed door. Everything else was great and I am happy about the service.
