Poor vehicle maintenance — all wheel trims secured with cable ties. One came off during normal driving and I was wrongly charged $50, which I signed under protest. I was also pulled over by police due to an out-of-date registration certificate that the manager could not account for honestly. The manager was rude throughout. I spent $1,745 over 42 days with Apex. A $50 charge for a pre-existing maintenance issue was not worth losing this customer.

much better experience than last year, when we had to fix the car ourselves after the heat shield, which was tied on with a shoelace, fell off. Took the car to the garage and paid to get it fixed and despite a recept revived no refund from Apex. But still, we thought that was a one-off and would try again. This year, a 100% better, courteous assistance from Scott, a waaay better vehicle and super experience all round.
