Everything was great but my key was broken and had to use it manually.
WE have been coming to Grand Cayman for many years. This was our first time using Andy's, but were very happy with the service. We noticed that there were some better cars in our condo from Andy's of the same model and make, and wondered why we did not get the same kind, but all in all, we were very happy and would use Andy's again.
I wish the vehicle was right hand drive. I assumed I would get a right hand drive vehicle in Grand Cayman, and was dissapointed I didn't get one. I was later told I should have requested one in advance!
The interior of the car was very dirty and worn, so were the other cars of that agency.
Worth spending the extra money for a cleaner car from another agency.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very nice tho.

staff was fast and courteous. quote on line was exactly what we paid and car was just what we expected. definitely will use Andy's when we return to Grand Cayman!
My agent at check-out was not very friendly.
Pick up took a long time. Looked like only two people working. Drop of was great and took no time. Pick up was only problem. Other then that everything was great
I usually rent form Andy's when I'm on the Cayman Is. It is a convenient airport location and once or twice in the past when there was a mechanical problem with the car it was taken care of quickly. it is good value.
Entirely satisfied.
