This is the second year we rented from Andy's and both times have had a great experience. A couple of minor "wear and tear" issues with the vehicle, but otherwise everything was good.

The waiting line to get and return the car was unacceptable. There was not enough workers to handle the reservations. A walk in got their car before us.

There seems to be a lot of paper work to get the rental and that always takes a long time. Returning the vehicle used to take a long time, too but this time, a young man checked my car immediately and I went into the office and my paper work was handled reasonably quickly.

Two issues with the car during our rental. A leaky window and the car remote stopped working. They didn't offer any sort of discount when I mentioned either of these issues.

Initially was given a left drive car, but prefer a right drive car when on island. Rep quickly made the swap to a Suzuki Swift. It had no wheel covers - functional, but ugly. Probably won't rent a Swift again. The AC unit very underpowered. It was always better to keep the windows open for a breeze. Prefer to rent from Andy's to support a local business, but will be pricing the competition in the future as the fees seem high for the category.
